In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the cici4d website accessible at https://cici4d.cam, including all associated pages, features, games, and services.
• "cici4d", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the Platform, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered member account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" means the virtual currency balance held within a User's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a game, match, or event through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback award, or other incentive offered by cici4d to Users.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used on the Platform.

To create an Account and use the cici4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age. cici4d strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension.
2. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful where you reside.
3. You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when placing wagers.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of cici4d, or a close family member of such a person.
5. You must not be included on any self-exclusion list maintained by cici4d or any recognized gambling regulatory body.
6. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the cici4d Platform. Registering duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

cici4d reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting official documentation, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Source-of-funds documentation for high-value accounts.

Account credentials (username and password) are strictly personal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. cici4d will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

cici4d reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

4.1 Deposits

cici4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallets. Deposit funds are generally credited to your Account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

cici4d does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits found to originate from third parties may be refunded and the Account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are only available to Users who have successfully completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 24 hours, subject to your VIP tier, the selected payment method, and internal security checks.

cici4d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. cici4d is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or e-wallet provider.

cici4d offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer will specify its own wagering requirement (also called "playthrough" or "rollover") — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus value.
• Bonuses are only valid for the period stated in the specific promotion. Unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the promotional period.
• Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any one time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous one is pending will void the previous bonus.
• cici4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned and may not be wagered or withdrawn.
• Any wagering that is deemed abusive, exploitative, or in violation of these Terms — including but not limited to bonus abuse, matched betting via the Platform, or arbitrage strategies — will result in the forfeiture of associated bonuses and potential account suspension.

cici4d's VIP program provides loyalty rewards across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond. Details of tier requirements and associated perks are published on the Platform and may be updated periodically. Tier status is calculated based on monthly wagering volume in IDR.

By placing a wager on the Platform, you accept the specific rules governing the relevant game, market, or event. cici4d offers betting and gaming across multiple categories including:

• Football (Sports Betting): Includes bandar bola (standard football bookmaking), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator), Asian handicap, and live in-play markets. Results are determined by official league or tournament bodies (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, UEFA for Champions League).
• Slot Games: RNG (Random Number Generator) outcomes certified by independent testing laboratories. RTP percentages are published for each title.
• Live Casino: Games are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, and are subject to those providers' rules in addition to cici4d's platform rules.

Bets are final once confirmed by the system. Accidental or erroneous bets cannot be cancelled. cici4d reserves the right to void bets where a clear technical error has occurred in the display of odds or game outcomes.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records maintained by cici4d's system shall be conclusive evidence of the transaction, unless a demonstrable system error can be proven.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the cici4d Platform:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through systematic exploitation strategies.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cici4d staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is unlawful.

Violations of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from cici4d.
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes or for the benefit of any third party.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in account termination and may expose you to legal liability. cici4d reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cici4d and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruptions to service, server downtime, or technical failures.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data.
• Errors in odds, game results, or prize calculations caused by third-party providers.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, cici4d's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cici4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, customer support, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

All personal data and financial information transmitted through the Platform is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption. User data is stored in ISO 27001-certified data centers and is never sold to unauthorized third parties.

cici4d reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cici4d holds its operating license, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and cici4d, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, as designated by cici4d at the time of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent cici4d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or prevent imminent harm.
